This website includes a short eligibility questionnaire. Filling it out is completely optional, but if you choose not to answer the questions, we may not be able to direct you to the most relevant trial sites.

We've designed the questionnaire to be as simple as possible. We only ask for:

  • Your date of birth (to understand your age range for this trial and help with routing)
  • Your postal code (to identify your region and direct you to nearby sites)

We also collect some information automatically when you visit the website:

  • Device and browser information (for example, IP address, browser type, device type)
  • Basic website usage data (for example, pages visited, approximate time spent)

Please note: This questionnaire is just an initial check. It does not confirm that you can join a study or guarantee enrollment. The clinical trial sites and study doctors will make the final decision about eligibility based on the full study criteria and any required medical assessments.

We use your questionnaire answers (date of birth and postal code) to:

  • Run an initial, automated check to help route you to the right region
  • Point you toward clinical trial sites that may be a good fit for you

We use technical information to:

  • Keep the website safe and running smoothly
  • Understand how the website is being used so we can improve it (see Google Analytics below)

4) What We Don't Do with Your Information

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact details on this website.
  • We do not send your date of birth, postal code, or questionnaire answers to clinical trial sites through this website.
  • We only redirect you to site information. Any information you later choose to share with a site is handled under that site’s own privacy practices.
  • We don't use advertising pixels.
  • We don't use targeted advertising.
  • We don't sell personal information.

Our service providers are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.

Clinical trial sites

This website does not share your date of birth, postal code, or questionnaire answers with clinical trial sites. It only redirects you. If you contact a site directly, that site will explain how it uses your information.

7) International Data Transfers (US, EU, Japan)

Because we operate globally and use service providers that may process data in different locations, your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States, the European Union, and Japan.

Where required by law, we use safeguards to protect your information during international transfers, such as:

  • Eligibility questionnaire data (date of birth and postal code): We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet our legal and compliance requirements.
  • Google Analytics data: retained according to our analytics settings and then deleted or aggregated

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including access controls, encryption when data is being transmitted, and monitoring. While no website can be guaranteed 100% secure, we take all appropriate and feasible measures to reduce risk.
